By accessing and using ShineGenic’s AdQuill service at shinegenic.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AdQuill is an AI-powered ad copy generation tool that creates marketing copy for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads based on user-provided inputs.

2. USAGE RIGHTS

  • You retain full ownership of all ad copy generated through AdQuill.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in live advertising campaigns.
  • Generated content is provided as-is; we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

  • Use AdQuill to generate content that is illegal, misleading, or deceptive
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights
  • Use the service for any prohibited products (illegal substances, adult content, etc.)
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

4. AI DISCLAIMER

AdQuill uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it in advertising campaigns.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Free tier: 3 generations per day at no cost
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly through our payment processor (Creem.io)
  • Creem.io acts as Merchant of Record and handles tax compliance
  • Prices may change with 30 days’ notice

6. REFUND POLICY

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused generations within a billing period
  • For billing issues, contact service@shinegenic.com within 3 business days

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ShineGenic provides AdQuill as a tool to assist with ad copy creation. We are not liable for:

  • The performance of generated ad copy in actual campaigns
  • Any losses resulting from the use of AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions due to third-party API availability

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
