1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShineGenic services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ShineGenic provides AI computing services, digital culture solutions, e-commerce support, and international trade facilitation. Specific service terms are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services remain with ShineGenic or respective licensors. You retain rights to your content and data.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of business.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShineGenic liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in Shanghai courts.
